A timeless design that’s equally at home in traditional or contemporary settings, Botanica timber casement windows are hinged on the side and the sash opens horizontally opposite the hinge. This style of window allows full ventilation, where the extended sash catches and directs the breeze for gentle refreshing air flow.

Functional Operation

Scissor winder operator to easily open and close the window, with secondary latching to improve sealing and weather performance. Scissor arm holds window open at 90 degrees for easy care and maintenance of external window face from inside. 100mm arm option where openings need to be restricted to prevent falls
Optional ‘push out’ window using friction stays and sash lock.

Comfort

Security

If safety and protection are priorities, we offer a wide range of performance glass options to meet your requirements. There are two types of Grade A safety glass available. Grade A safety glass is harder to break and offers greater security against accidental injury, attempted break-ins and severe weather conditions.

Privacy

The privacy range of glazing options allows for high level light transmittance, while obscuring the view from outside. Different levels of obscurity are available and the range can be toughened or laminated to provide a Grade A safety. Ideal for bathrooms, bedrooms, front entry doors or any area you want to block from prying eyes.
